3. Offer
We'll walk you through our offer and answer any questions you have. There's no pressure to sell. If you choose to accept our offer, we'll prepare and send over a contract package for you to review, sign, and send back in a prepaid envelope we provide in the package.
4. Closing & Payment
Once we receive a signed contract, we run a due diligence process, which can take up to 30 days, but often can take less. Once the diligence process is complete and your interest is verified, we send you payment via wire transfer or check based on your preference.
